Technical Supervision

Technical Supervision can include all of the following items or others as required:

• Scheduling

• Root cause analysis of failure.

• Identification of damaged base material.

• Consumable identification.

• Equipment identification.

• Manpower planning.

• OEM communications for material, Drawing and warranty details.

• Inspections including UT, MT, PT, VT, to meet code requirements.

• Development of Welding and NDT procedures.

• Development of distortion and residual stress control plan.

• Direct supervision of excavation, welding, and finishing.

• NDT using UT, MT, PT, and VT.
